This video by Teal Swan is excellent! I’m looking forward to working on some things on myself when I get home tonight. Doing the inner work brings clarity and aliveness. Rather than being one who is constantly triggered by things and overreacting, we can live in the present time unencumbered by old BS that we haul around with us. Many thanks to Doreen at Ourgreaterdestiny!

What most people call the emotional body is the truth of who you are at a feeling level. This layer of you contains the imprints of the emotional aspect of your memories as well as your current emotional state. It is the bridge between your physical self and our thinking self.

I know I’ve been triggered at times, had my buttons pushed, but couldn’t figure out why. Here’s a technique that I’ve done 3 times so far and gotten excellent results in a short amount of time.
I feel more anchored in the present, more balanced, and less reactive. Basically, more peaceful after each time I did it. Remember to keep your breath going to keep you present in your “first experience of that feeling.”
